End User License Agreement (EULA)

 Effective Date: July 14, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Marine Delphine.

By installing or using Recycle Bin : Photo Recovery, you agree to this Agreement.

License Grant

Marine Delphine grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the application on Apple devices you own or control.

Restrictions

You may not:

Modify the application.

Reverse engineer the application.

Redistribute or resell the application.

Use the application for unlawful purposes.

Ownership

The application, including all software, graphics, trademarks, and content, remains the property of Marine Delphine.

Updates

We may release updates that improve functionality or security.

Termination

This Agreement automatically terminates if you violate any provision contained herein.

Disclaimer

The application is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Marine Delphine shall not be liable for any damages arising from the installation or use of the application.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by local law.

Apple Standard EULA

Where applicable, this Agreement supplements the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If any conflict exists, Apple's Standard EULA will prevail for App Store distribution.
